In 2018, after consultations with our clients and industry regarding the high level of defects in residential construction, SAFE RITE developed a simple, easy to use system that was designed to help the industry identify and eliminate defects before they occur and at each stage of a project.
The result was the 850+ item SAFE RITE Defects Prevention & Quality Control System. An easy to use checklist system that identifies defects, as well as describing the workflow, safety documentation, insurance requirements and trade licence prerequisites for each contractor.
