In 2018, in response to industry concerns, we unveiled an innovative Defects Prevention system, aimed at improving quality control in residential construction projects. This system empowered anyone to understand the workflow, recognise the tolerances, and identify defects as well as identifying the insurance and licence requirements when building a residential structure.
In 2019, SAFE RITE began to research and develop an easy-to-use estimating software. This tool was specifically designed for owner builders, simplifying the estimating process and making it accessible to all.
In 2023, BOSS estimating technologies was born.
In 2024, SAFE RITE is leveraging the coding architecture of BOSS technologies. The company is using artificial intelligence to develop one of the most significant I.T. challenges in the industry. A technology that can read plans, estimate material quantities, prices, and schedules instantly, is in the works.
The journey of SAFE RITE, from its humble beginnings to its current status as an industry leader, reflects its unwavering commitment to the construction industry. With every milestone, every achievement, SAFE RITE has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, contributing to the industry’s evolution and growth.
Today, the story continues…
Quality Matters
We have redefined construction industry training.
.
1. Innovation
“Imagination is about thinking of how something can be better. Innovation is about actually making something better
“Creativity is thinking up new things. Innovation is doing new things.“
Theodore Levitt (1925 – 2006), Renown economist
2. Immatation
“When they can’t innovate – they will alsways try to immitate”
3. False or misleading advertising.
This would b the equivielent of telling someone they can tech them to build a house in 3 days – this is simply not realistic. It does a disservce to the particpant, and to the industry as a whole. it will almost crtiannly lead to greater properportion of problems, defects and potential of greater loss on money.
With the rate od defects already at a historic high, students needs traning and resources to benefit them – not poor quality tranining that puts profits ahead of student interests.
